The Speaker added a House Special Committee on Energy referral for                                                              
the following:                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7                                                                                           
    Requesting that the Alaska Energy Authority develop an                                                                      
    infrastructure plan to reduce power costs in the state.                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
HCR 7 was referred to the House Special Committee on Energy.
