     Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                                             
     the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 190,                                                              
     extending the termination date of the Regulatory Commission of                                                             
     Alaska; relating to Regulatory Commission of Alaska regulations                                                            
     regarding refuse utilities; and relating to the powers and duties of
