    Requesting that the Alaska Energy Authority develop an                                                                      
    infrastructure plan to reduce power costs in the state.                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
HCR 7 was referred to the House Special Committee on Energy.                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess to
