2022-05-18 House Journal Page 3082 HCR 17 Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the following be taken up as a Special Order of Business: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 190, extending the termination date of the Regulatory Commission of Alaska; relating to Regulatory Commission of Alaska regulations regarding refuse utilities; and relating to the powers and duties of the legislative audit division. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall HCR 17 pass the House?"
