Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Spohnholz be excused from the call of the House today. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall CSHB 41(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent to divide the question. There was objection. The question being: "Shall the Effective Date clause be divided?"
