Representative Tarr, in accordance with AS 24.08.060, moved and                                                                 
asked unanimous consent to remove Representative Stutes as prime                                                                
sponsor and add the House Special Committee on Fisheries as prime                                                               
sponsor to the following:                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 26                                                                                                           
    "An Act relating to participation in matters before the Board of                                                            
    Fisheries and the Board of Game by the members of the respective                                                            
    boards; and providing for an effective date."                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
