    "An Act relating to the Funter Bay marine park unit of the state                                                            
    park system; relating to protection of the social and historical                                                            
    significance of the Unangax^ cemetery located in Funter Bay;                                                                
    providing for the amendment of the management plan for the

         and N1/2 SE1/4 of Protracted Section 2, containing                                                                 
         approximately 90.2 acres, more or less, as computed from                                                           
         the Bureau of Land Management plat of survey, officially                                                           
         filed December 3, 1999;"                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Representative McCabe moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Representative Hannan objected.                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Representative Carpenter rose to a point of order.                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Representative Edgmon rose to a point of order stating the member                                                               
should be sitting down and addressing the Speaker.

Representative Carpenter stated that the member insinuated that the                                                             
amendment was not germane.
