AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read: Sec. 35.40.405. Congressman Don Young Bridge. Bridge number 1818 to be built across the Juneau Creek Canyon on the Sterling Highway is named the Congressman Don Young Bridge." Representative Gillham moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Hopkins objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
