Representative Tilton moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 102 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There was objection. The question being: "Shall HB 102 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1?" Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 2, following line 8: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 3. AS 37.05.289 is amended by adding a new subsection to read: (e) Nothing in this section creates a dedicated fund."
