Amendment No. 2 to Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: 2022-05-10 House Journal Page 2841 Page 1, following line 3 of the amendment: Insert "Page 1, line 10, following "gas.": Insert "With the consent of each of the lessees in a pool, the requirement for a hearing concerning the correlative rights of the lessees in a pool may be waived."" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 to Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Rauscher objected.
