There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 2, line 15, following "section": Insert ", not to exceed $1,000." 2021-04-28 House Journal Page 0746 Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Ortiz objected. Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 41(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. CSHB 41(FIN) will advance to third reading on the April 30 calendar.
