CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 24(RES) Urging                                                                               
President Biden's Administration and the United States Congress to                                                              
use American oil and gas resources to replace oil imported from the                                                             
Russian Federation and to increase oil and gas production in the State                                                          
of Alaska and other energy-producing states to fortify the economy                                                              
and security of the nation, was read the third time.                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                                                                       
NO. 24(RES) Urging President Biden's Administration and the United                                                              
States Congress to use American oil and gas resources to replace oil                                                            
imported from the Russian Federation and to increase oil and gas                                                                
production in the State of Alaska and other energy-producing states to                                                          
fortify the economy and security of the nation, pass the Senate?" The
