shown as cosponsors on SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 2 Expressing                                                                       
support for federal legislation establishing a United States Department                                                         
of Defense regional center for security studies in the state. Without

consent to amend a prior excusal (page 1599) in order for Senator                                                               
Wilson to be excused from a call of the Senate through evening plane
