The Health and Social Services Committee considered                                                                             
SENATE BILL NO. 7 "An Act requiring the Department of Health                                                                    
and Social Services to apply for a waiver to establish work                                                                     
requirements for certain adults who are eligible for the state medical                                                          
assistance program" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 7(HSS) "An Act                                                                                 
          requiring the Department of Health and Social                                                                         
          Services to apply for a waiver to establish work                                                                      
          requirements for certain adults who are eligible for                                                                  
          the state medical assistance program; and providing
