Senator Coghill brought up the motion pending before the Senate to                                                              
rescind its previous action on SENATE BILL NO. 1002 am(fld S) "An                                                               
Act making a special appropriation for the payment of permanent fund                                                            
dividends; and providing for an effective date" (page 1289).
