Senators Hughes, Costello, Wilson, Wielechowski, Shower, Micciche, Reinbold offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 1: Delete "special appropriations" Insert "a special appropriation" Page 1, lines 4 - 12: Delete all material and insert: "* Section 1. ALASKA PERMANENT FUND. The amount authorized under AS 37.13.145(b) for transfer by the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation on June 30, 2019, estimated to be $1,944,000,000, is appropriated from the earnings reserve account (AS 37.13.145) to the dividend fund (AS 43.23.045(a)) for the payment of permanent fund dividends and for administrative and associated costs for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020." Senator Hughes moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator von Imhof objected. Senator Stedman rose to a point of order. The sum of $625,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the dividend fund (AS 43.23.045(a)) for the payment of permanent fund dividends and for administrative and associated costs for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020." Senator Birch moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 2. Senator von Imhof objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" Senator Costello moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
