The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 47(FIN) Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 17 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Begich, Bishop, Coghill, Giessel, Gray-Jackson, Hoffman, Kawasaki, Kiehl, Micciche, Olson, Revak, Shower, Stedman, Stevens, von Imhof, Wielechowski, Wilson Excused: Costello, Hughes, Reinbold and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 47(FIN) passed the Senate and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SB 183 SENATE BILL NO. 183 "An Act relating to vehicles abandoned on private property" was read the second time. Senator Revak, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page 2029. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 183(STA) was adopted. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
