HJR 25 The Resources Committee considered HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 25 Encouraging the President of the United States, the United States Congress, and the Governor of the state to assist the National Park Service in its efforts to ensure long-term access into Denali National Park and Preserve by way of the existing roadway. Consideration of the Calendar Second Reading of Senate Bills SB 167 SENATE BILL NO. 167 "An Act providing for an aggravating factor at sentencing for contractors, volunteers, and employees of the Department of Corrections; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. President Giessel stated SENATE BILL NO. 167 will advance to third reading on the March 6 calendar.
