          arbitration of disputed workers' compensation claims                                                                  
          by the division of workers' compensation; allowing                                                                    
          collective bargaining agreements to supersede                                                                         
          provisions of the Alaska Workers' Compensation Act;

Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                                 
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 953.                                                           
Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no                                                            
further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 103(FIN) "An Act                                                                      
relating to deposits into the dividend fund and income of and                                                                   
appropriations from the earnings reserve account; and providing for an                                                          
effective date" was adopted.
