SB 95 Message dated May 14 was read stating the House passed and returned for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 95 "An Act approving the transfer of certain Alaska Railroad Corporation land; and providing for an effective date" with the following amendments: HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 95(RES) am H "An Act directing the sale of certain land to the Tok Shooters Association, Inc.; approving the transfer of certain Alaska Railroad Corporation land; and providing for an effective date." (Title change HCR 5) Senator Costello moved the Senate concur in the House amendments. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendments?"
