SENATE BILL NO. 47 "An Act relating to the State Physical Therapy                                                               
and Occupational Therapy Board; relating to the practice of physical                                                            
therapy; and relating to the practice of occupational therapy" was read                                                         
the second time.                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Senator von Imhof, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                               
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on                                                                     
page 2094. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection.                                                                
There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                                                        
47(FIN) was adopted.                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                   
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
