Senator Costello objected and Senator Wielechowski was required to vote. Senators Costello, Shower, Gray-Jackson, Hughes, von Imhof, Bishop, Stedman, Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10(RES) Supporting development of the road belt electrical transmission line; and urging members of the Alaska delegation in Congress to pursue the development of this high-voltage electrical line in the interior of the state, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHJR 10(RES) Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Begich, Birch, Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Giessel, Gray- Jackson, Hoffman, Hughes, Kawasaki, Kiehl, Micciche, Olson, Reinbold, Shower, Stedman, Stevens, von Imhof, Wielechowski, Wilson and so, CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10(RES) passed the Senate, was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House. HJR 19 CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 19(TRB) Urging the United States Congress to fully fund the United States Census Bureau for the 2020 Census; urging the governor to prioritize an accurate count for the 2020 Census; and urging local governments to establish local complete count commissions, was read the second time. Senator Costello moved and asked unanimous consent the resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
