There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representative Hannan: Page 3, line 18: Delete "a new subsection" Insert "new subsections" Page 3, line 25, following "2019": Insert "or holds a license that was initially issued under (e) of this section" Page 3, following line 27: Insert a new subsection to read: "(e) The board may not deny an application for issuance of a new license under this section solely because the board determines that the licensed premises is not a "recreational site" as defined in (c) of this section if the applicant filed an application for a new license under this section between October 1, 2018, and the effective date of this Act." Page 7, line 3, following "TRANSITION.": Insert "(a)" Page 7, following line 9: Insert a new subsection to read: 2019-05-15 House Journal Page 1064 "(b) The board shall reconsider an application for issuance of a new recreational site license and apply AS 04.11.210(e), enacted by sec. 3 of this Act, if (1) the application was denied between October 1, 2018, and the effective date of this Act; and (2) the board denied the application because the board determined that the licensed premises was not a "recreational site" as defined under AS 04.11.210(c)." Page 7, line 12: Delete "Section 3 of this Act" Insert "(a) AS 04.11.210(d), enacted by sec. 3 of this Act," Page 7, following line 12: Insert a new subsection to read: "(b) AS 04.11.210(e), enacted by sec. 3 of this Act, is retroactive to October 1, 2018."
