There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Fields, Co-chair of the State Affairs Committee, moved and asked unanimous consent that the five-day notice requirement in Uniform Rule 23(a) be waived so that the State Affairs Committee can join the House Special Committee on Tribal Affairs for a joint presentation on REAL ID on March 19.
