The House Special Committee on Energy considered:                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10                                                                                               
    Supporting development of the road belt electrical transmission                                                             
    line; and urging members of the Alaska delegation in Congress to                                                            
    pursue the development of this high-voltage electrical line in the
