Representative Carpenter moved that the Sense of the House be adopted. The Speaker referred the Sense of the House to the Community & Regional Affairs Committee. Representative Carpenter objected. The House adjourned. UNFINISHED BUSINESS HJR 14 Representatives Tuck and Vance added as cosponsors to: HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 14 Urging the Alaska Congressional delegation to pursue infrastructure funding for a deep draft Arctic port in Nome; requesting the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities to send a letter from the state to the Alaska Congressional delegation supporting a deep draft Arctic port in Nome; and requesting the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities to work collaboratively with the City of Nome on a deep draft Arctic port in Nome. HJR 18 Representatives Knopp and Claman added as cosponsors to: HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 18 Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to the Alaska permanent fund and to appropriations from the Alaska permanent fund.
