A message dated October 10 was received stating the Governor read                                                               
the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                         
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 101                                                                                        
     Relating to the earnings of the Alaska permanent fund and                                                                  
     establishing a bicameral legislative working group on the use of
