Full Journal pdf2019-05-15 House Journal Page 1076 HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 9 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 44, relating to the prescription of drugs by a physician assistant without physical examination. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall HCR 9 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCR 9 Special Order of Business YEAS: 36 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Carpenter, Drummond, Eastman, Edgmon, Fields, Foster, Hannan, Hopkins, Jackson, Johnson, Johnston, Josephson, Knopp, Kreiss-Tomkins, LeBon, LeDoux, Lincoln, Merrick, Ortiz, Pruitt, Rasmussen, Rauscher, Revak, Shaw, Spohnholz, Stutes, Sullivan-Leonard, Talerico, Tarr, Thompson, Tilton, Tuck, Vance, Wilson, Wool, Zulkosky Excused: Neuman, Story Absent: Claman, Kopp And so, HCR 9 passed the House and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. HB 139 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House rescind previous action in passing the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 139 "An Act providing an exemption from the state procurement code for the acquisition of investment-related services for assets managed by the Board of Trustees of the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation." There being no objection, it was so ordered.
