     "An Act relating to the taxation of electronic smoking products;                                                           
     and providing for an effective date."                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 94(L&C)                                                                                              
     "An Act relating to the taxation of electronic smoking products;                                                           
     relating to transporting tobacco, a product containing nicotine, or                                                        
     an electronic smoking product; and providing for an effective
