The Speaker removed the Education Committee referral and added a                                                                
Judiciary Committee referral for the following:                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 5                                                                                                            
    "An Act prohibiting the expenditure of state money on gender                                                                
    reassignment medical procedures."                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
HB 5 is in the State Affairs Committee with further referrals to the                                                            
Health & Social Services and Judiciary Committees.
