     We pray for all those in authority, for every leader of our                                                                
     state, that you would give us your wisdom and discernment as                                                               
     we lead. We pray that our hearts would be directed first to                                                                
     you, that we would recognize where our true help and strength                                                              
     come from. We ask that you guard our coming and going, that                                                                
     you would be our refuge and our peace. We pray that you                                                                    
     would surround every leader with wise counsel that we would                                                                
     be humble and kind, patient and loving through our actions                                                                 
     and words. We pray that our faith in you would be                                                                          
     unwavering, strong, resolute, and firm.  Amen.
