Representative Kreiss-Tomkins, Co-chair of the State Affairs Committee, moved and asked unanimous consent that the five-day notice requirement in Uniform Rule 23(a) be waived so that the State Affairs Committee may hear a presentation March 17. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 201 Representative Josephson moved and asked unanimous consent to be added as prime sponsor of the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 201 "An Act relating to legal representation of public officers in ethics complaints."
