CONSIDERATION OF THE DAILY CALENDAR THIRD READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 71 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 22 calendar (page 676), was read the third time: HOUSE BILL NO. 71 "An Act relating to hiring for positions in state service based on substitution of military work experience or training for required civilian work experience or training." Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 71 be returned to second reading for the purpose of considering amendments. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Speaker stated that, without objection, HB 71 would be returned to second reading for all amendments.
