   "*Sec. 49.  AS 11.81.900(b)(60)(A) is amended by adding a new                                                              
sub-subparagraph:                                                                                                               
               "(iv)  knowingly ejaculates in the presence of a                                                                 
             person and knowingly causes the person to come into
