Amendment No. 22 was offered by Representative Rasmussen: Page 12, line 12: Delete "20,997,900" Insert "20,964,700" Delete "9,105,100" Insert "9,071,900" Page 12, line 14: Delete "17,901,500" Insert "17,868,300" Page 41, line 11: Delete "22,429,900" Insert "22,396,700" Adjust fund sources and totals accordingly. Representative Rasmussen moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 22 be adopted. Representative Claman objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 22 was adopted. The Speaker stated that, without objection, Amendment Nos. 18, 19, 20, and 21 would be rolled to the bottom of the amendments. Amendment No. 23 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 21, lines 6 - 7: Delete "It is the intent of the legislature that the Department of Health and Social Services maintain full funding for adult preventative dental Medicaid services."
