Full Journal pdf2019-04-24 House Journal Page 0695 SB 89 The Free Conference Committee considering HCS CSSB 89(JUD) and CSSB 89(JUD) recommends the following be adopted: FREE CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 89 "An Act relating to the Legislative Ethics Act; and providing for an effective date." The report was signed by Representatives Claman (Chair), Tuck, Pruitt; and Senators Coghill (Chair), Begich. The following fiscal note(s) apply to FCCS SB 89: 1. Zero, Legislative Agency 2019-04-24 House Journal Page 0696 The report was received in the Chief Clerk's office at 3:03 p.m., April 22. Representative Thompson moved that the House adopt the Free Conference Committee report, thus adopting FCCS SB 89, and recommended that the members vote yes. Representative Eastman objected. Representative Thompson placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the report?" Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. The Senate adopted the Free Conference Committee report (April 22).
