Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Zulkosky and Wilson: Page 2, lines 1 - 2: Delete "and sovereignty of" Representative Zulkosky moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Eastman objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
