Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 35(FSH) be returned to second reading for the purpose of considering amendments. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Pruitt: Page 3, line 3, following "resources": Insert "and the member's deliberations and participation in the matter occur at a public meeting of the respective board or are otherwise made a public record open to inspection by the public" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Stutes objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Stutes objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
