State Medical Board; relating to the licensing of physicians,                                                                   
osteopaths, and podiatrists; relating to the certification of medical                                                           
assistants; relating to the practice of medicine; relating to the practice                                                      
of podiatry; relating to the practice of osteopathy; relating to assault of
