The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 86(FIN) am Third Reading - Final Passage Effective Dates YEAS: 17 NAYS: 3 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Egan, Giessel, Hoffman, Hughes, Kelly, MacKinnon, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Shower, Stedman, Stevens, von Imhof, Wilson Nays: Begich, Gardner, Wielechowski and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 86(FIN) am passed the Senate. Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SB 198 SENATE BILL NO. 198 "An Act relating to a study of the effectiveness and cost of providing long-acting reversible contraception to women with substance abuse disorders" was read the third time.
