The bill is on today's First Supplemental Calendar. Senator Micciche moved to adopt the First Supplemental Calendar. Without objection, the First Supplemental Calendar was adopted. Consideration of the First Supplemental Calendar Senator Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting on all bills today due to a conflict of interest. Senator Micciche objected and Senator Wilson was required to vote. Second Reading of House Bills HB 287 HOUSE BILL NO. 287(brf sup maj fld) "An Act making appropriations for public education and transportation of students; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. Senator MacKinnon, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 2653. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 287(FIN) was adopted. Senators Wielechowski, Begich moved and asked unanimous consent their names be withdrawn as cross sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered. Without objection, it was so ordered. President Kelly stated SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 287(FIN) will advance to third reading on the April 14 calendar.
