Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent to take up                                                                   
SENATE BILL NO. 183 "An Act relating to the earnings reserve                                                                    
account and the earnings of the Alaska permanent fund; and providing                                                            
for an effective date" which had been held on the Secretary's Desk                                                              
(page 1994). Without objection, it was so ordered.
