SB 174                                                                                                                        
SENATE BILL NO. 174 "An Act relating to the duties of the                                                                       
Department of Health and Social Services; and relating to the                                                                   
administration of programs for persons with physical and mental                                                                 
disabilities" was read the second time.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                  
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
