Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was before the Senate on reconsideration. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 54(FIN) "An Act relating to crime and criminal law; relating to violation of condition of release; relating to sex trafficking; relating to sentencing; relating to imprisonment; relating to parole; relating to probation; relating to driving without a license; relating to the pretrial services program; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 54(FIN) Third Reading - On Reconsideration Effective Dates YEAS: 19 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Begich, Bishop, Coghill, Costello, Dunleavy, Egan, Gardner, Giessel, Hughes, Kelly, MacKinnon, Meyer, Micciche, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, von Imhof, Wielechowski, Wilson Nays: Hoffman and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 54(FIN) passed the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SB 97 SENATE BILL NO. 97 which had been held in third reading (page 778) was before the Senate.
