There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 54(FIN) "An Act relating to crime and criminal law; relating to violation of condition of release; relating to sex trafficking; relating to sentencing; relating to imprisonment; relating to parole; relating to probation; relating to driving without a license; relating to the pretrial services program; and providing for an effective date" was adopted. President Kelly stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 54(FIN) will advance to third reading on the April 6 calendar. SB 97 SENATE BILL NO. 97 "An Act relating to pension obligation bonds" was read the second time. President Kelly stated SENATE BILL NO. 97 will advance to third reading on the April 6 calendar. Third Reading of House Bills HB 57 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 57(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program expenses of state government and for certain programs; capitalizing funds; repealing appropriations; making supplemental appropriations and reappropriations; making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date" was read the third time. Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 57(FIN) be held in third reading to the April 6 calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.
