The question being: "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                                                          
NO. 26 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules                                                              
of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 4, relating                                                         
to the Board of Barbers and Hairdressers; relating to a limited license                                                         
to practice non-chemical barbering; relating to a license to practice                                                           
hair braiding; and relating to the Department of Environmental

state; relating to drug supply chain security; creating a position of                                                           
executive administrator for the Board of Pharmacy; and providing for
