Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 23(FIN) was moved to the top of the calendar. Consideration of the Calendar Third Reading of Senate Bills SB 23 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 23(FIN) "An Act making appropriations, including capital appropriations, supplemental appropriations, reappropriations, and other appropriations; amending appropriations; making appropriations to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date" was read the third time. Senator Micciche moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of hearing all amendments offered today. Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading.
