wastewater discharge from small commercial passenger vessels in                                                                 
state waters; relating to art requirements for certain public facilities;                                                       
and providing for an effective date" was engrossed, signed by the                                                               
President and Secretary and transmitted to the House for

Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate
