Senator Wielechowski offered Amendment No. 20 : Page 53, following line 6: Insert a new subsection to read: "(c) It is the intent of the legislature that no company receive deductible or refundable tax credits greater than $10,000,000 unless the company and its contractors have a presence in the state and at least 85 percent of the employees of the company and its contractors in the state are state residents."
