Without objection, the citations were adopted and referred to the Secretary for transmittal. Consideration of the Calendar (continued) Second Reading of House Bills (continued) HB 215 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 215(FIN) which had been read the second time and moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 3119), was before the Senate. Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 215(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 215(FIN) "An Act relating to program receipts; and relating to fees for services provided by the Department of Health and Social Services" pass the Senate?"
